For you, we:
- Obtain prospective tenants for your approval.
- Execute lease agreements subject to your approval.
- Collect security deposits and rents into trust.
- Deduct our fee (10%) monthly as rent is collected and then forward the proceeds to you.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance subject to your approval of estimates of any repair or cleaning costs exceeding $100.
- Provide you with copies of all document action and statements including year end statements and 1099’s.
- Deal exclusively with the tenants and advise you on relevant matters.
- Post 3-day notices and coordinate with eviction services, if necessary.
- Inspect your property after each occupant vacates.
- Manage tenant accounts for security deposits.
- Ready your property to re-rent.
- Handle rental problems for you while keeping you informed.
- Do all of this (and more) for just a $100 processing fee and monthly retainer.
