“Hair gets lighter, skin gets darker
Water gets warmer, drinks get colder
Music gets louder, life gets better.”
Since August is the Sunday of Summer, season 2017 is nearly in the books. We hope you’ve had a wonderful summer so far. But don’t stow those swimsuits and waterskies just yet. Make plans for one final hurrah – with a vacation to Lake Arrowhead!
Whether you live in Orange County, the LA Basin, the San Gabriel Valley, the Inland Empire or outside of California, August is a great time to book a San Bernardino Mountain holiday. Temperatures in Lake Arrowhead are mild, the summer concert series is still going strong, shopping opportunities abound, events beckon, and vacation spots remain available.
August Lake Arrowhead Temps
In August, while the rest of Southern California swelters in three-digit heat, Lake Arrowhead is sunny and warm but often offers a refreshing breeze. The average maximum temperature is just 63 degrees, with a max of 84.
